Drawn to the Rocky Mountain lifestyle over 20 years ago, Tom Dunn is still as excited to be in the Vail Valley today as he was when he first arrived to be a concierge in Beaver Creek. Raised in Galveston, this University of Texas business school graduate remained in the hospitality industry for several years assisting guests achieve the ultimate vacation. Later, switching gears to property management, he launched East West Resorts' Bachelor Gulch division.

After establishing a high-volume property management portfolio, Tom leveraged his vast market contacts for quick success in sales. With years of market knowledge, he became a top real estate producer selling luxury properties in Vail, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Lionshead with his career sales exceeding $500 million and at one point was #1 agent at Berkshire Hathaway for the state of Colorado.

With successes in every part of the Vail real estate market as well as in the complex field of property management and vacation rental, Tom brings a plethora real estate experience to the table.
