Patrick Barrett

Prior to joining Compass in 2021, Patrick has a proven track record of success in residential real estate sales, including The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail development sales team. He has built a reputation as one of Vail's top real estate agents after starting with LIV Sotheby's International Realty back in 2011. Patrick's sale of 424 Forest Road for $19M in 2019 was nominated by Inman Golden I Award in the category of Best mountain sale of 2019. In 2019, Patrick was ranked #8 in sales production of more than 700 agents in the Vail Valley with $35M in sales. The Stockton Group, Vail has been the Valley's #1 producing real estate team for the past several years.

Prior to joining LIV Sotheby's International Realty, Patrick was the head of International Communications for Vail Resorts, the world's leading Mountain Resort operator, focused on expansion of the Latin American & European markets. Having lived in the Vail Valley for more than 14 years, Patrick is a market expert in the many diverse neighborhoods and communities that surround the world-class ski resorts of Vail & Beaver Creek.

Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, where he double-majored in International Business and Marketing, with a minor in Spanish Language & Literature. He is an avid telemark skier, hiker, cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. Patrick lives in the community of EagleVail with his wife, Meredith, son, Walker and daughter, Bailey.
