Patrick Barrett

With over $400M in career sales to date, Patrick has a proven track record of success in real estate, beginning with The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail development sales team in 2011. With a reputation for honesty, integrity and results, Patrick is regarded as one of Vail and Beaver Creek's top real estate agents. Patrick's sale of 424 Forest Road for $19M in 2019 was nominated by Inman Golden I Award in the category of Best mountain sale. In 2024, Patrick was ranked #10 in individual sales production out of more than 800 agents in the Vail Valley with $62M+ in sales for the year. Prior to his real estate career, Patrick was the head of International Communications & Marketing for Vail Resorts, the world's leading Mountain Resort operator, focused on expansion of the Latin American & European markets.

Having lived in the Vail Valley since 2006, Patrick is a market expert in the many diverse communities that comprise the world-class mountain resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University, where he double-majored in International Business and Marketing, with a minor in Spanish Language & Literature. He is an avid telemark skier, hiker, cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. Patrick lives in the community of EagleVail with his wife, Meredith; son, Walker; daughter, Bailey and dog, Mack.
