Michelle Rampelt

Michelle Rampelt has resided in the Vail Valley since 2001 and has been assisting Buyers and Sellers in real estate since 2007. Michelle's specialties are new-development and resort homes having worked successfully to sell The Landmark Residences, and The Lion, both large-scale new residential projects in Lionshead Villlage at the base of Vail Mountain. That said, Michelle has served a wide variety of clients from East Vail to Beaver Creek to Gypsum, from fractional ownership, to first-time home-buying, and all areas in-between. Michelle also belongs to the Gunnison Country Association of Realtors serving clients in the Crested Butte area, where she also has a home.

Michelle has volunteered in leadership for over 8 years with The Vail Board of Realtors: as Multi-Listing Service (MLS) Director for 6 years, and Vail Board of Realtors (VBR) Director for 2 years, and has chaired or served on Board committees including MLS Technology, Website Development, Public Relations, Data Syndication, Broadcast E-mail, and Education.

Michelle is a graduate of University of Maryland with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations, pioneering Under Armour's mountain division as a sales representative before migrating to a real estate career. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Michelle is keen on communication and excellence within every transaction, having a good laugh, and is known for her strong heart for her clients. She enjoys skiing, ski touring, traveling, mountain biking (no matter how long it takes).
