Welcome to the Vail Valley ! I have invested in real estate since 1995, and worked as a real estate advisor here in "Happy Valley" since 2001. Then I founded a vacation rental and property management company and subsequently manage about a dozen properties in Eagle County. Finding investment properties is a skill-set I have used to help many of my clients find their ideal home - which can and has produced rental income to offset expenses while enjoying a dream home in Vail. Another passion and skill-set I have honed over the years is interior design. Subsequently, I have helped many customers by overseeing remodel projects as their GC, or specifically just the interior design of the project.
