The Vail Valley has been my home since 1984, after relocating from the mid-west. I have lived on the west end of the valley for over 30 years and raised 3 children in the valley, who have remained in the valley to live also. My Real Estate career started with my mom who had been in the valley since 1981 selling real estate. Upon her retirement in 2000, I took over the real estate business and 5 long-term rental properties that she had been managing, we now have over 30 long-term rental properties and also manage some short-term units. My daughter, Ashley Wilson, became a 3rd generation Colorado Realtor in 2016, and is a native of the Vail Valley. Our motto: "We Assist with all your Buying, Selling and Rental Needs",.... We know the area and Have Seen the Changes in this beautiful valley. I am also a member of the Garfield - Glenwood Springs Board of Realtors and can search and show property in Garfield County.
