Resort Development Marketing has been involved in real estate development since 1986. As the dedicated marketing and sales firm  for Shapiro Development Company we were essential to the success of several of the most desirable condominium and townhome projects in Beaver Creek, Avon and Arrowhead Village.

OXFORD COURT, BEAVER CREEK

 

Representing Resort Development Marketing's most extensive involvement in concept and design, Oxford Courts  35, 2,3 and 4 bedroom luxury residences are among the most coveted properties in Beaver Creek. Located slope-side with exquisite views, Resort Development Marketing was responsible for their individual sales long before completion of the project.

 

Borders Lodge

THE BORDERS LODGE AND TOWNHOMES, BEAVER CREEK

 

The Borders Lodge , Upper Borders and the 8 elegant townhomes were our most ambitious project totaling 87 pre-completion sales. Buyers from all over the world responded to our compelling advertising campaigns and ability to create collaborative relationships  with them long before the luxury and support of the personal computer was available. With ski to the door convenience, pool and concierge service this elegant enclave of mountain residences is one of our most challenging developments.

 

Townsend Place

TOWNSEND PLACE, BEAVER CREEK

 

Townsend Place A and B were Resort Development Marketing's first collaboration with Shapiro Development Co. Replacing a much larger real estate company unable to meet the developers ambitious schedule, we were able to put the charming project back on track and successfully reach sell out ahead of schedule.

 

 

Spruce Tree Lodge

THE SPRUCE TREE LODGE IN ARROWHEAD VILLAGE

 

One of the first of Arrowheads condominium projects Resort Development Marketing sold all 21 of the 22 residences on the day we were permitted to market them....over a year prior to their completion. Resort Development Marketing was involved in the concept and design of the Spruce Tree Lodge to a large degree. The fact that we   sold it out before we had the opportunity to market it was a result of referrals from our very satisfied clients, many of whom purchased property in several of our developments.

 

Canyon Run

CANYON RUN IN AVON

 

Canyon Run is a lovely townhome style condominium project with a peaceful setting along the Eagle River. This project was Resort Developments Marketing's first attempt at pre-construction marketing and sales of a development outside of the confines of the gated resort communities. Matt Breslers extensive collaboration with Developer Ken Shapiro resulted in a concept that fit the community as well as RDM's unique and aggressive sales technique resulting in sell out of the 69 elegant river front homes prior to completion.
